- Willing to wait for license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, Weekend call
- Will consider 3 weeks per month or 4 days per week with call
- 10 - 15 patients per day
- Cases include CLL, lymphoma, acute leukemia, MDS and benign hematology
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
