• Shift: Monday Through Friday- 3 to 5 days per week with clinic call

• Practice Setting: Outpatient

• Coverage Type? M-F clinic seeing patients, after hours call

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted MA license

• Board Certified

• Certification Requirements ACLS, BLS, DEA

• Clean Malpractice

• Clean Background
