Minimum Education Requirements:

- Residency training program in internal medicine accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).
- Fellowship in nephrology.
License & Certifications:
- Board certification in nephrology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).
- Active and unrestricted medical license in Washington.
Experience:
