- Residency training program in neurology accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).
- Fellowship in in a subspecialty of neurology may be required.
License & Certifications:
- Board certification in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) or the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry (AOBNP).
- Active and unrestricted medical license in Arizona.
