Position Title: OB/GYN PhysicianSpecialty: Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN)
Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate OB/GYN Physician to join our dynamic team at one of our client in KY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to women, including diagnosing and treating conditions related to pregnancy, childbirth, reproductive health, and the female reproductive system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to women during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of reproductive system conditions, including menstrual disorders, infertility, and hormonal imbalances.
- Conduct routine gynecological exams such as pap smears, pelvic exams, and breast exams.
- Perform surgical procedures related to women's reproductive health, such as C-sections, hysterectomies, and other relevant surgeries.
- Advise patients on maintaining health, managing chronic conditions, and promoting preventive care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best patient outcomes, including midwives, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Stay updated on the latest medical treatments, technologies, and trends in obstetrics and gynecology.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Valid medical license to practice in KY
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations, including emergency deliveries and surgeries.
