**Job Title:** Physician**Job Specialty:** Obstetrics and Gynecology**Job Duration:** 13 weeks (Ongoing opportunities available)**Shift:** Day - 5x8 - 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM - 40 Hours**Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified**Experience:** Minimum years of experience not specified**License:** Not specified**Certifications:** ACLS, BLS, PALS**Must-Have:**- Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology- Various required and preferred specialty skills in Obstetrics and Gynecology**Job Description:**- Patient encounters per shift: 2-5- Beds in department: 11- Management of low and high-risk pregnancies- Interpretation of fetal heart rate (FHR) including NST/CST/FSE- Performance and interpretation of OB ultrasounds (Level I and Level II)- Amniocentesis and routine deliveries, including vaginal and low forceps- Decision-making and execution for complicated deliveries and C-sections, including scenarios involving breech positions and multiple births- Management of abruptions- Repair 3rd & 4th degree lacerations- Surgical gynecology including open and laparoscopic diagnostic/minor procedures, and major operations like ectopic pregnancy treatment, ovary removal, and cystectomy- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30 days- Provide services in a facility with trauma level 0 and PEDs level 0**Note:** Some responsibilities like VBACs and certain office/minor gynecology procedures are not required.
