SPECIALTY: OBSTETRICS & GYNECOLOGY LOCATION: NORTH CAROLINA JOB TYPE: LOCUM TENENS JOB NUMBER: 43823 LOCUM POSITION DETAILS #43823 SCHEDULE: 24-HOUR CALL RATES. Friday - Tuesday coverage needed each week. Weekdays will include clinic coverage as well as call. On weekdays, call will be assisted by midwives. Weekend coverage would be physician call only. PROCEDURES Complicated Delivery (multiple births, breech, mid forceps, C-section, C-section hysterectomy, VBAC) D&C for Incomplete Abortion D&C for Retained Placenta Eclampsia Episiotomy and Repair FHR Interpretation (NST, CST, FSE) Pre-Eclampsia Resurrection of Infant (NRP) Routine Delivery (vaginal delivery, low forceps, decision making C-section) Sterilization REQUIRED: State license; active, unrestricted. Board certified ? OBGYN. DEA, ACLS, NRP. Covid Vaccination ? required. 50 deliveries including 12 cesareans within 12 months. 25 GYN surgeries including 5 major vaginal and abdominal cases. Minimum 100 deliveries in the past 24 months.
