**Job Title:** Locum Tenens Physician**Job Specialty:** Obstetrics and Gynecology**Job Duration:** November 29 - December 1**Shift:** 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. (24-hour Call Coverage)**Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified**Experience:** Not specified**License:** Not specified; Board Certification Required**Certifications:** None required**Must-Have:** Board Certification or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology**Job Description:**- Provide coverage for obstetrics and gynecology including call coverage from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.- Preferred skills in managing both low and high-risk pregnancies.- Capable of Fetal Heart Rate (FHR) interpretation, including NST/CST/FSE.- Perform and interpret OB ultrasounds, both Level I (viability/screening) and Level II (targeted/anatomic).- Competency in conducting amniocentesis and routine deliveries; vaginal delivery experience is preferred.- Expertise in decision-making for complicated deliveries and C-sections, including breech, multiple births, and abruptions.- Experience in managing VBACs and repairing 3rd & 4th-degree lacerations.- Office/minor gynecological procedures such as IUD placement, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc., preferred.- Surgical gynecology experience required, both open and laparoscopic diagnostic/minor procedures, with expertise in operative/major procedures like ectopic pregnancy management, ovary removal, cystectomy, and extensive LOA's.- Preferred certification in laser procedures.- Credentialing timeframe estimated to be 5 days.- The nearest airports for travel logistics are Pittsburgh or Latrobe. Lodging arrangements will be provided.
