A facility is seeking an orthopedic surgeon for locum tenens coverage. This position involves a dedicated orthopedic service line with malpractice coverage provided. Housing, lodging, and transportation are covered. While an active ME license or IMLC is preferred, licensing assistance is available. The role offers a true locums-to-perm opportunity.The facility is located in Maine.The schedule for this position includes working in the clinic 3 days per week and in the OR 2 days per week. It also involves 24-hour call coverage on weekends, as well as night call duties.
