- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Licensed in Kentucky
- Weekend ER Call Coverage 2x monthly (...@5pm-Mon@5am)
- Occasional week call when fulltime ENT is on vacation
- Recurring need starting January 2021
- Bread and Butter ENT cases
