- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
- PALS required
- Up to 20 GI and ENT cases per day, 4 - 8 OR cases per day
- General and ENT required and the ability to perform regional would be a plus but not required
- DEA needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
