**Job Title:** Physician – Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist**Job Specialty:** Psychiatry - Child and Adolescent Psychiatry**Job Duration:** 12 months**Shift:** Day - 5x8 - 9am - 5pm, 40 Hours per week**Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified**Experience:** Experience with psychiatric medication management and recent experience treating children**License:** Active license in Pennsylvania required**Certifications:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) required- Board Certification in Psychiatry required**Must-Have:**- Experience with anxiety disorders, affective disorders, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, eating disorders, development disorders, psychotic disorders, organic disorders- Familiarity with involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, and restraint application**Job Description:**- Provide psychiatric services in an outpatient day treatment center and office/clinic setting.- Conduct new evaluations and follow-up appointments.- Employ treatment techniques including pharmacotherapy, group therapy, family therapy, and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT).- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive mental health care.- Utilize expertise in managing a variety of psychiatric disorders among children and adolescents.- Commit to a professional practice that adheres to the legal, ethical, and professional guidelines within the specialty.
