Wellhart is partnering with a clinic in New York to staff a locum tenens Radiologist for recurring weekly assignments. This role offers a unique opportunity to maintain a consistent schedule while enjoying the benefits of locum work.
Job Details:
• 4-day assignments, one week every 4-8 weeks
• Shifts from 8a-4:30p, Monday through Friday
Qualifications:
• Ability to handle high-volume workload
• Collaborative approach to complex cases
• Experience with breast imaging and procedures
Responsibilities:
• Perform 8-10 mammography procedures per week, including:
• Stereotactic guided breast biopsies
• Ultrasound guided breast biopsies
• MR guided breast biopsies (preferred but not required)
• Read approximately 30-40 mammograms per day
• Interpret 40-50 non-mammography studies daily
