**Job Title:** Locum Tenens Radiologist**Job Specialty:** Radiology**Job Duration:** February 10-14, 2025**Shift:** Day - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM**Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified**Experience:** Not specified**License:** Active Utah License preferred**Certifications:** Minimum Board Certification Eligible**Must-Have:** Ability to read ER, inpatient, and outpatient X-ray, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine, and CT procedures.**Job Description:**- Provide radiology coverage by reading and interpreting a variety of imaging exams, including X-ray, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine, and CT.- Expected to perform approximately 50 exams per day during the 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift.- Facility does not require interventional radiology, but it is preferred if capable.- No board certification requirement; however, board certification eligibility is a must.- No rounding involved.- Use of EMR systems Medhost and Infinitt PACS.- Supported by an available support staff.- Closest airport for travel is the Salt Lake City airport.- Lodging recommendations include Holiday Inn Express or Sure Stay by Best Western.- Estimated credentialing timeframe is approximately 10 days.- Required specialty skills include CT and MRI with a focus on general, neuro, and joint musculoskeletal imaging.- Perform scanning and analysis across multiple modalities, including fluoroscopic, mammography excluded, general ultrasound, nuclear medicine, and special procedures like arthrograms and organ scans.- Will not be required to conduct vascular and interventional radiology procedures.- Certification not required for ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, or PALS.- Ideal candidates will have experience in advanced ultrasound studies and procedures, including Doppler.This position does not have requirements for PEDs level facilities or trauma level specifications.
