Join a dynamic team in a busy hospital setting, providing essential urology services. This locum tenens position offers a flexible schedule with the option to extend.
Schedule:
- Start Date: January 6, 2025
- Contract Length: 13 weeks, with extension possible
- 24-hour weekday call, Monday 7 a.m. to Friday 7 a.m.
- 4-8 shifts per month
Practice Setting:
- Inpatient services at a Level II Trauma Center
- Full hospital support staff available
- Busy environment serving multiple facilities
Procedures and Cases:
- General urology cases, including inpatient rounding and emergencies
- Possible cystoscopy, stent placement, kidney stone treatment
- Consultation for Foley catheter placement
- Rare testicular torsion cases
Requirements:
- Board Certification required
- Active PA license or IMLC accepted
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience preferred
Travel and Accommodations:
- Recommend flying into Pittsburgh and driving to DuBois (approx. 2 hours)
- Lodging and travel expenses billable
