**Job Title:** Physician**Job Specialty:** Urology**Job Duration:** 9-12 months**Shift:** Day - 5x8 - 9am - 5pm (40 hours per week), with flexibility for clinic and OR shifts**Guaranteed Hours:** **Experience:** Minimum Board Certification Eligible**License:** Licensed in GA or IMLC**Certifications:** None required**Must-Have:** Ability to handle clinic and surgical duties, as well as on-call responsibilities**Job Description:**- Provide coverage for Urology, handling both clinic and surgeries- Inpatient rounding, clinic call patients, ED/ACC consults- 24-hour Call Coverage required, on a rotating schedule- Comfortable covering multiple sites as needed- Perform general urology office procedures and minor surgeries- Advanced urology procedures handled by internal specialists- Skills and procedures include: - Endoscopic techniques (excluding advanced laparoscopy) - Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (preferred) - Ureteroscopy, TURP, TURBT - Hydrocelectomy, spermatocelectomy, circumcision, vasectomy, cystoscopy - Prostate biopsies, fertility workup - Incontinence operations (preferred) - Penile prosthesis (preferred) - ESWL- Ability to manage patients effectively in a clinical setting- Engage with an estimated 21 patients per day in shifts**Note:** Estimated credentialing timeframe is 21 days. The position requires flexibility to adapt to various patient demographics.
