**Job Title:** Physician**Job Specialty:** Surgery - Vascular**Job Duration:** 13 weeks**Shift:** Day - 5x8 - 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM - 40 Hours**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours per week**Experience:** **License:** Board Certified**Certifications:** ACLS, BLS**Must-Have:** Board Certification in Vascular Surgery**Job Description:**- Perform vascular surgeries and manage related complications.- Consult and evaluate patients for surgical procedures.- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.- Handle patient care efficiently, managing 15-20 patient encounters per shift.- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.- Manage and prioritize surgical cases effectively.- Utilize advanced surgical techniques, including laparoscopic surgery for various conditions.- Perform specialized vascular procedures including aneurysm repairs, arterial bypass, and peripheral interventions.- Conduct general surgeries such as appendectomy and cholecystectomy.- Perform procedures for vascular access including AV shunts.- Manage ventilation and perform chest tube insertion and central line placements.- Ability to handle trauma cases in a Level 1 trauma facility.- Complete credentialing within the estimated 30-60 day timeframe.This position requires a professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong commitment to patient safety and quality care.
