- Patient Population: Adult
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 2
- How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 2
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office) : 10-12
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding) :1-3 consults
- Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): Level 3
- Documentation System/EMR: eCW clinical works OP and Quadramed IP
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 4-6 weeks
Arnot does not reimburse for credentialing costs for application fees Requirement description :
- Board Certified - Required
- Active NY license -highly preferred
- Provider within driving distance - Highly preferred
- BLS, ACLS - Required
- Covid-19 Vaccinated - REQUIRED - Verbal Confirmation needed at time of name clear
- Must have completed at least 1 successful assignment through presenting agency - Preferred - Client will accept 1 reference they are able to contact at the time of presentation!
