- Schedule: 4 weeks on/1 week off, 7a-3p
- Offsite call shifts every 4th night, 7p-7a
- Cases: General, ortho, urology, ophthalmology, vascular, dental ENT, OB/GYN, & podiatry
- Team of 5 CRNAS, all CRNA practice
- EMR: Epic
- 3 General ORs
- Must have previous spinal, block, & epidural experience
- Paid travel and expenses
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible
