Coverage: September 2024 - 13 weeks with option to extend Schedule: M-F, 10 hr shifts are biggest need; limited 8 and 12hr shifts (0, 0, 0) No Call Case types: Pediatrics, Adult ortho, GYN/ONC, Urology, Complex Spine, Ophthalmology, Plastics Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio: Care Model EMR: Epic Credentialing timeframe: 60 Days Requirements: Active unrestricted MN License Active ACLS & PALS certifications Minimum 3 years of experience Board Certified Vaccination Requirements: Flu Full-time coverage is mandatoryno deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted. Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
