Job Details:• Pay: $200 Hr. • Coverage: September 2024 - 13 weeks with option to extend• Schedule: M-F, 10 hr shifts are biggest need; limited 8 and 12hr shifts (0, 0, 0)• No Call• Case types: Pediatrics, Adult ortho, GYN/ONC, Urology, Complex Spine, Ophthalmology, Plastics• Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio: Care Model• EMR: Epic • Credentialing timeframe: 60 DaysRequirements:• Active unrestricted MN License • Active ACLS & PALS certifications • Minimum 3 years of experience • Board Certified• Vaccination Requirements: Flu• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
