Coverage Needed

• As soon as credentialed - ongoing

Schedule

• Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
• No call, no weekends
• Specific Dates:
  • Dec. 18,20,23,24,26,27
  • Feb 6, 7

Clinical Details

• Number of Physicians in Practice: 3
• Other RadOncs will be present during coverage
• Outpatient coverage only
• Average Number of Patients Per Day: 20-30 on treatment
• Patient population: Adult

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active OH License - Preferred
  • willing to accept providers needing to obtain license
• BLS/ACLS Certified
• Must be willing to cover all 4 locations
• Flu vaccine
• COVID Vaccine - Preferred
• DEA
• Required Procedures/Duties: Conventional Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)

Support Staff

• 1 APP during coverage
