**Description**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Comply with all Six Flags policies and procedures

* Assist Guests with general questions pertaining to inventory and pricing, as well as any other guest concerns

* Willfully perform duties in any department at The Great Escape when necessary

* Provide attendants with necessary tools and training to operate efficiently

* Perform troubleshooting procedures on registers and other related equipment

* Perform spot audits to ensure proper cash handling and procedure of attendants

* Be an active leader in the Retail Department within the Revenue Department

* Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and team members

* Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

* Assure profitability in assigned area by closely monitoring sales, production, cost of goods, inventory; sales techniques, safety and sanitation

* Maintain visual guidelines in designated area

* Follow all delegated tasks assigned by other members of management

**Skills and Qualifications:**

* Preferably at least 18 years old

* Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time, as well as occasionally lift and carry boxes/bags, or push/pull handcarts

* For safety purposes, the individual must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language

* Must be outgoing

* Ability to perform general mathematical calculations, as well as ability to fill out paperwork legibly

* General knowledge of Retail Department staff, duties, and responsibilities

* Ability to actively communicate with large groups of Guests as well as attendants in a courteous manner

* Be available to work flexible hours at nights and on weekends within the limits of applicable Federal, State and facility labor laws and guidelines

**Other Functions****:** All other duties assigned or necessary to support the resort as a whole.
