Basic Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Logistics, Management or Engineering, a related specialized area or field is required (or equivalent experience).

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Duties and Tasks:

Provides ILS input to project/program plans and deliverables Supports internal audits and/reviews for corrective action plans Receives moderate instruction from an ILS Manager May be required to travel up to 25% of your time

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Working knowledge of Acquisition Logistics Working knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Elements (supply support; maintenance planning; support equipment; facilities; packaging, handling, storage and transportation (PHS&T); design interface; reliability, maintainability and availability (RM&A). Working knowledge of various ILS software applications

Role and Position Objectives:

  • Provides logistic support to field organizations and/or customers including spare or replacement parts and supplies
  • Develops requisitions for and manages records of equipment, components, repair parts and related manuals
  • tracks logistics materials and parts for proper allocation of storage facilities; documents equipment, component and parts conditions; and identifies logistic support documentation to be included such as drawings, technical manuals, and maintenance requirement cards to support life-cycle of product
  • Fly-Away/Distance Support and Logistic Engineering Support.
What sets you apart:
  • Clear understanding of the Navys RSupply system to generate reports of the Navy Supply (NAVSUP) system to order and research parts and materials, issue parts and materials, and stock parts and materials.
  • Working knowledge of DD-1149, DD-1348-1, DD-1348-6 and DD-250s.
  • Experience as a Logistics Specialist/Storekeeper (LS/SK)

Salary Note:This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.Combined Salary Range:USD $65,700.00 - USD $70,500.00 /Yr.Company Overview:
