TITLE: Logistics Analyst
LOCATION: Decatur, IL
RATE : $25/hour W2 + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine documents, materials, and products to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards.
- Review production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and material requirements.
- Record production data, including volume produced, raw material consumption, and quality control measures.
- Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies to meet production demands.
Typical Day:
- Primarily independent work focusing on data review, documentation, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications (Required):
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: 2–4 years of related experience.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing, labor, and material cost analysis.
- Proficient in documenting customer/client information.
- Familiarity with regulations related to shipping and production.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications (Preferred):
- Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience.
