Description
- Oversee and manage the logistics for international entertainment projects, mainly live events, ensuring smooth operations in multiple countries with a focus on one country.
- Develop and implement operational plans to meet customer expectations, covering logistics, legal aspects, routes, resources, insurance, and vendor agreements.
- Ensure efficient handling of transportation, delivery, storage, costs, and distribution, coordinating shipments and managing vendor contacts for timely delivery.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify improvements and adjust operational strategies, maintaining regular discussions with the team.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines, resolving issues promptly and creatively to meet time lines.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with key vendors, securing optimal service and pricing.
- Lead and mentor a team, including remote members, supporting their professional growth and managing administrative tasks.
- Allocate resources proactively to meet customer demands, driving team development and succession planning.
- Serve as a communication liaison between countries, customers, and providers, ensuring clear and effective interactions, and organizing weekly team meetings.
