Our client is looking for someone to join the team as a Logistics/Planning Coordinator, to work with their operations and feedstock teams in our Wellesley, Massachusetts.In this position you will optimize the incoming feedstock schedule, aligning with operational goals and recipes set by the operations team. The successful candidate will manage the feedstock from its source to their digesters. Scheduling pick-ups and transportation, ensuring efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations, and communicating with food waste generators, dispatchers, and drivers.The ideal candidate would:- Be proficient at excel- Adapt quickly to new technologies- Be extremely organized- Keep thorough records- Adeptly manage customer relationships- Communicate clearly and have strong interpersonal skills- Be flexible, able to adapt, and work well in a fast-paced environment- Be able to collaborate and align goals of various teams- Have excellent problem-solving skills- Be comfortable working with basic mass balancesSalary, plus built-in growth as it goes public and triples in size.
