The Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for the logistics, warehousing and storage of products. You will import/export the efficient and economical movement of goods (e.g., materials, products, equipment) in accordance with organizational policies and in compliance with relevant local, country and international customs laws and processes. This role will be located in Miamisburg, Ohio.
In this role, you will:- Register and process consumable and spare part requests and ready them for shipping
- Prepare quotes and customs documents
- Monitor parts inventory for accuracy and restocking
- Order with suppliers to restock local inventory
- Schedule freight and assist with tracking as needed
- Track and facilitate return of unused and defective parts
- Invoice parts, consumables, and associated services
- Manage any other warehouse activities and in & outbound office shipments
- Occasionally operate forklift (2 hrs / week)

Your Education and/or Background Experience will include: - 3 years of experience with inventory, shipping, receiving
- Fluency with Microsoft outlook and excel
- User experience with an inventory management or ERP system (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce ...)
- Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Forklift experience
