- Showcase strong leadership in coordinating and motivating logistics and warehouse teams to achieve operational goals.

Maintain a Safe Work Environment
- Prioritize and enforce safety protocols to ensure a healthy and compliant work environment across all logistics and warehouse operations.
- Integrate safety standards into daily practices to mitigate risks and maintain operational excellence.
Fleet and Warehouse Management
- Oversee all aspects of fleet operations, including truck utilization, aging, maintenance, and capital expenditure.
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, quality assurance, material handling, inventory control, space management, and internal stock transfers.
Scheduling, Planning, and Transfer Operations
- Utilize logistics software tools, including Bolt and Bistrack, for accurate scheduling, journey planning, and optimization of routes.
- Coordinate transfer operations and stock movements to ensure seamless flow between warehouses, locations, and delivery points, minimizing delays and enhancing efficiency.
Strategic Planning and Continuous Improvement
- Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize logistics and warehouse operations, balancing cost, productivity, and service targets.
- Review and refine workflows, space requirements, and warehouse processes, including bin assignments, racking, product labeling, and cleanliness standards.
- Meet regularly with leadership teams to analyze performance, review productivity metrics, and implement actionable plans for improvement and loss prevention.
Team Leadership and Development
- Train, manage, and mentor logistics and warehouse teams to foster problem-solving, leadership development, and goal achievement.
- Coach team members to meet short- and long-term performance objectives while building a pipeline of future leaders.
Efficiency, Metrics, and Performance Management
- Establish, monitor, and manage key operational performance metrics to ensure peak efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas of improvement, inform decision-making, and implement corrective actions.
Inventory Control and Logistics
- Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accuracy, availability, and alignment with production and delivery needs.
- Partner with purchasing and procurement teams to meet operational demands and production schedules.
Collaboration and Communication
- Communicate effectively with other locations to address their needs, facilitate stock transfers, and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain to integrate store operations with broader organizational goals and expectations.
Software and Data Management
- Leverage tools such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Bolt, and Bistrack for communication, scheduling, reporting, and real-time decision-making.
- Integrate safety protocols into all logistics and warehouse technologies and workflows.
