Job Description:

Connections Personnel is hiring for a Direct Hire Logistics Coordinator position for our client located on Somerset. Looking for a motivated individual with Logistics experience.

Responsible for supply chain management, assure company products are stored and shipped within regulation while maintaining customer satisfaction. Also accountable for processing and filing paperwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate the transportation schedule of goods and materials from suppliers to the organization's facilities or customers.
  • Work with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and logistics documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs documentation for international shipments.
  • Ensure that basic logistics documentation is in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Provide updates on the status of shipments and deliveries to relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate logistics activities and address any issues or delays.
  • Coordinate with teams in monitoring and managing inventory levels
  • Collaborate with other team to support audits process.
  • Salary $20.00 a hour

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or business related.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient at Microsoft office
  • Preferred 1year logistic experience with NetSuite system.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration
  • Time management and solution-oriented mindset • Ability to lift to 40lbs.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm (including 1hour meal break)
