Vibrant Wellness is seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistics Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the logistics and operations of our health care business, ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation and inventory management processes. Duties:

- Manage and coordinate all logistics operations, including transportation planning, freight management, and inventory control.

- Conduct thorough analysis of supply chain operations to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics processes, ensuring seamless integration with e-commerce platforms and 3PL providers.

- Monitor and manage transportation costs, ensuring compliance with budget and company policies.

- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accurate inventory levels and control processes.

- Develop and maintain relationships with transportation providers, ensuring reliable and timely delivery of goods.

- Process and manage orders, including picking, packing, and shipping products to customers worldwide.

- Analyze and optimize pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

- Develop and implement efficient and effective inventory control procedures, ensuring that products are stored and managed correctly.

- Maintain accurate records and reports of all logistics activities, providing real-time updates to the management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in logistics and operations management.

- Strong understanding of transportation planning, freight management, and inventory control processes.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and experience with logistics software.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

- Knowledge of pricing strategies and ability to negotiate with all vendors is valued.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
