Our client in the logistics industry is seeking a Logistics Associate 1 to join their team. As a Logistics Associate 1, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting various tasks and duties. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and physical endurance to perform labor-intensive tasks.

Job Title: Logistics Associate 1

Location: Marysville, OH

Shift: Monday through Friday 5:00pm - 1:00am

Pay Range: $20

• Picking - Order Induction
• Billing - Void Fill and Packing
• Shipping - LTL Sorting
• Shipping - Loading (Manual)
• Receiving - Unloading (Manual)
• Value-Added Services - Kitting, Postponement, Labeling
• Facilities - General Maintenance, Trash Removal (Pallet-jack, Sit-down Forklift)
• Kitting/Production Assembly
• Shipper - LTL Taper Line
• Display Build
• Label Sorter
• Box Builder
• Cart Builder
• Line Loader
• Cart Unloader
• Trailer Loader
• Woot - Weight out of Tolerance
• Box Taper
• Truck Loader
• Replenish Trash - Empty bin trash & bailer
• Housekeeping - Detrashing pallets of plastic, straps, etc
• Shipping - Shipper Void fill & taper line
• Shipping Trash - Empty bin trash & bailer
• Housekeeping - Detrashing pallets of plastic, straps, etc
• Runner Kitting

What's Needed?

• Verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving ability
• Team player and detail-oriented
• Ability to perform physically intensive labor including motions such as reaching, bending, picking up, lifting weight up to 50 pounds as needed, walking for periods of time, standing for periods of time
• Must be able to perform duties in a warehousing type environment, working well in busy conditions which may be noisy at times
• Ability to take direction and work in accordance to set standards of performance and safety
• High school diploma or GED required
• Little to no experience required
