Position: Logistics Associate

About the Role: The Logistics Associate position is going to play a pivotal role in managing all the order fulfillment of Cardone Enterprise companies on a national and international scale. This role reports directly to Cardones Logistics Director. This role is expected to also assist the team in supporting the events team in ensuring a seamless event experience. The Ideal Candidate will have a good understanding of order processing and fulfillment, software/IT literacy, as well as be available to travel national and internationally and support events after work hours and on weekends when necessary. This is also an opportunity for someone that wants to go above and beyond and grow within a fast paced environment. Note that this position is from 9am to 6pm daily, onsight in our Aventura warehouse.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Track all orders via the company's delivery software.
  • Note inventory levels and alert supervisors to potential issues.
  • Answer phone calls, process returns, and provide online customer service.
  • Help manage current customer orders.
  • Deal with a high volume of inbound phone calls.
  • Maintain relationships with customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Solve customer problems in a timely manner.
  • Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
  • Excellent multitasking skills within their workspace as well as computer software programs.
  • Be a professional representative of our company that other employees look up to.
  • Support in the delivery of events by shipping equipment and help in any other ad-hoc initiatives necessary to ensure events run in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to communicate in English, Spanish would be an advantage.
  • Prior experience working in a warehouse/fulfillment environment/customer service.
  • The physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects up to 60 pounds throughout a standard workday.
  • Showcases strong Interpersonal and Technical skills.
  • Computer proficiency: Knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software.
  • Problem Solving - Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; develop alternative solutions; work well in group problem-solving situations.
  • Adaptability: Adapt to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands; change approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Attendance/Punctuality: Is consistently at work and on time; ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent; arrive at meetings and appointments on time.
  • Inspire the trust of others; work with integrity and ethically; uphold organizational values.
  • Displays willingness to make decisions; exhibits sound and accurate judgment; support and explain reasoning for decisions.
  • Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles, measures self against standard of excellence.

This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in Dania Beach, FL.
