- Bachelors degree in a supply chain/business or related field
- Experience with data review and analysis preferred
A typical day as an External Manufacturing Assocaite might include:
- Understand the needs of External Manufacturing Relationship Managers, Project and Production Managers as they relate to ensuring world-class supply chain quality, delivery and efficiency
- Will act as the Shipping Requestor for shipments supporting External Manufacturing
- Oversee and execute shipping documentation requirements to and from Contract Manufacturing Operations (CMOs)
- Plan shipments (i.e. IDS, DP, samples, etc.) accordingly based on understanding the EM filling schedule
- Manage temperature data receipt and acceptability
- Maintain, update and provide status of External Manufacturing activities via schedules and checklists
- Support investigations if needed in accordance with Regeneron requirements
- Track, trend and monitor External Manufacturing shipping data; create shipping paperwork package; prepare reports analyzing data and making recommendations proactively with minimal supervision
- Drive continuous improvement of External Manufacturing systems and processes for shipping activities
- Other tasks, as deemed necessary
- May travel to contractor sites, as needed
