Job Description:

Join a dynamic team committed to excellence at KARL STORZ! We are seeking a Logistics Center Associate II to help drive continuous improvement within our fast-paced logistics center. As a key player, you will support our LEAN culture and contribute to improving quality, safety, productivity, and efficiency.

Hours - 6 AM EST - 2:30 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • LEAN/Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in 5S, Idea Board, Audits, and Visual Control Systems.
  • SAP & Material Processing: Utilize SAP to process transactions and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Cross-Training: Gain proficiency in various outbound tasks and contribute to team-wide operations.
  • Physical Tasks: Lift, move, and organize materials using warehouse equipment; ability to frequently lift to 25 lbs., and occasionally 30-75 lbs. with assistance.
  • Cycle Counts & Replenishment: Help track inventory and ensure timely replenishment.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proven experience with SAP and material processing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Trained on warehouse power equipment (Forklift/WAVE Picker) preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Dependable and punctual

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift to 75 lbs. with assistance.
  • Ability to operate manual pallet jacks and use standard office equipment.
