We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing shipments of temperature-controlled products for our biotech and pharmaceutical clients, both domestically and internationally. The products we ship are both time- and temperature-sensitive, an excursion in either of these parameters will result in the complete loss of product and equates to significant loss of both time and money.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end shipment process for temperature-controlled products on behalf of our biotech and pharmaceutical clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Collaborate closely with clients, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, documentation, and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor and track shipments, proactively addressing any delays or issues to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve logistical challenges promptly, ensuring smooth and reliable product delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to logistics in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.
Required Qualifications:
- A high level of integrity and a belief that honesty and trust are the pillars of a performing team.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, project management, or similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
