Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Hybrid – Local to Syracuse, NY

Job Type: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $60,000/yr for 12 months

Job Summary: Living Mulch, a certified minority-owned business based in Syracuse, NY, is preparing a proposal for a significant contract involving the relocation of two New York municipal departments. We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator who will manage the physical aspects of the Municipal office move, ensuring that all logistics are handled efficiently and effectively. This role requires close collaboration with the Project Manager and other team members. The contract is initially for a guaranteed 12 month period with a strong likelihood for extension.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed move schedules and plans.
• Coordinate with the moving company and other vendors.
• Supervise the packing and moving process.
• Ensure all items are moved safely and securely.
• Address any logistical challenges that arise during the move.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in move coordination or logistics.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
