Logistics Coordinator
Our client is an internationally fast-growing, family-managed company in the field of wound care. They develop, produce, and distribute innovative wound care products for the treatment of burns, hard-to-heal, and extensive skin wounds in over 40 countries worldwide. Due to growth, they have two immediate openings for Logistics Coordinators to join their team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Picking the goods
- Preparation of shipping documents
- Packing and management of shipments
- Receiving and checking incoming orders
- Computer order entry
- Provision of shipping materials
- Support with other shipping activities
- Entering customer orders in our ERP system
- Processing customer inquiries and confirming orders
- Ordering, coordination, and follow-up of customer deliveries
- Communications with FedEx and FDA for international inventory shipments
- Customer Service Communications
- Monday thru Friday workweek
Competencies & skills required:
- Advanced computer skills (MS-Office)
- Friendly, confident appearance and strong communication skills
- Experience in the area of order processing / customer service at a medium-sized, internationally operating company is an advantage
- High degree of independence, initiative, ability to work under pressure, and being a part of a team
- Conscientious and reliable way of working
- Extremely detail oriented
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
