Dolce & Gabbana Beauty is looking for proactive, organized, multi-tasking Logistic Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals who are looking to take next step in their career to perform an end-to-end process of Logistics. The SC coordinator will be also responsible for overseeing and optimizing various aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, logistics (including Inbound and outbound), and supplier relationships (including direct relationship with the 3PL).

The Logistic Coordinator plays a role in the efficient management of a company's supply chain operations. Their primary responsibilities involve coordinating and facilitating the flow of products, information, and finances between various stakeholders within the supply chain, ensuring that products are not only received at a high-quality standard but also delivered on time and in the most cost-effective manner. The position will report to the SC Logistics Manager of Americas of Dolce & Gabbana Beauty located in the Miami.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

Develops and supports local compliance strategy, aligned with our global guidance.

Works closely with 3PL logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services to provide support.

Works closely with Customer Services to ensure an efficient end-to-end process of the order to cash.

Coordinates and monitors pick up request local distributors orders.

Complaints collection and management. Investigate and Funnels these to correct organization, responds timely efficient manner.

Develops and maintains Logistics KPIS for US Distribution Center.

Monitor and manage inventory levels

Implement inventory control strategies to optimize stock turnover and reduce carrying costs.

Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customs requirements.

Coordinate the shipment of products and materials, ensuring on-time delivery.

Select and manage transportation providers and negotiate shipping rates.

Track and trace shipments to provide status updates to relevant parties.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and 3PL.

Resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or other supplier performance metrics

Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, shipments, and inventory levels.

Prepare reports and analysis on supply chain performance.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction within the supply chain.

Implement best practices and improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency

Keep up to date with relevant laws and industry standards

Assures all work is timely, efficient.

Other duties assigned to ensure operations run efficient.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree required in business, logistics, operations engineering, supply chain management or similar degrees.

At least 2 years of compliance experience

Experience in the industry and industry certifications are a plus

Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Anaplan and SAP is a plus. Excel proficient.

Travel required: 10% - 15%

Languages: English Fluency, Spanish and/or Italian is a plus
