Job Description
Data entry and email correspondence with all of the freight forwarding contacts
Communicate updates with shipping personnel to ensure they are staging the correct pallets to be loaded
Receive paperwork and process check marks from a manifest to provide to the driver
Update MS Excel spreadsheets for an average of 50 trucks going out per day
Maintain order log for each pallet for up to 10-30 pallets per day
Manage intake for paperwork processing for incoming and outgoing trucks.
Hard Skills
1-2 years of Data Entry Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
1 year of Transportation Experience

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Woodbridge Township, New Jersey
Work Environment
Working in a logistics shipping office maintaining documentation and records of cargo coming and going from the facility. Dress code is business casual, the team consists of 5 employees. They are an essential business.
