About The Role The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for assisting with quoting, coordinating, routing, and following up with freight carriers to ensure products are picked up and delivered with minimal issues. The primary goal is to support shipment coordination, act as a communication liaison between carriers and internal operations teams, and address and resolve logistics issues.
What You Get To Do Every Day - Schedule pickups and deliveries for oversized items through third-party carriers, handling both inbound and outbound logistics.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and carriers to track orders in transit.
- Coordinate freight from origin to destination, including order placement, appointment confirmations, and tracking as needed.
- Handle claims processing with 3PL, USPS, UPS, DHL, and ONTRAC.
- Create and manage all UPS CampusShip/QVM accounts for the sales team.
- Investigate shipment discrepancies with warehouses and parcel carriers.
- Manage Customer Service and Customer Relations inquiries and issues.
- Perform data entry, invoice processing, and purchase order management.
- Facilitate warehouse transfers of supplies and products involving third parties.
- Support the coordination of retail openings, offsite photo shoots, and vendor transport.
- Maintain daily operations involving warehouse-to-warehouse inventory and truck routes.
What You Bring To The Role Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college education preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight transport, or third-party logistics (3PL) is a plus.
- Proficient in PC applications such as Email, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent customer service, phone communication, written, and verbal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Capable of working independently and collaborating with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to analyze and break down data to identify root causes and develop appropriate solutions.
- Ability to multitask and manage various tasks simultaneously..

The expected hourly rate for this role is 21.00-21.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
