Responsibilities include
- Oversee outside vendors handling customer returns of products.
- Specific Focus on Receiving and SEMs creation associated with Customer Returns within required turn time.
- Expediting priorities, and managing exceptions.
- Responsible for oversight of vendor performance in support of Americas distribution.
- Monitor key performance indicators, drive performance, and expense management.
- Evaluate existing capabilities for opportunities for improvement in systems and processes for tracking, measurement, reporting, and analysis of Returns Logistics Operations.
- Experience desired in SAP, SEMS, Vendor and/or Customer relations.
- The role entails monitoring reporting, communication with Vendor and internal Customers, resolving issues and implement process improvements.
- Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are essential. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
