Job Description:

Are you an experienced problem solver, with excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills? Are you a team player and do you learn quickly? If so, then you might be the right person for our Returns Logistics Coordinator position.

Responsibilities include

  • Oversee outside vendors handling customer returns of products.
  • Specific Focus on Receiving and SEMs creation associated with Customer Returns within required turn time.
  • Expediting priorities, and managing exceptions.
  • Responsible for oversight of vendor performance in support of Americas distribution.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, drive performance, and expense management.
  • Evaluate existing capabilities for opportunities for improvement in systems and processes for tracking, measurement, reporting, and analysis of Returns Logistics Operations.
  • Experience desired in SAP, SEMS, Vendor and/or Customer relations.
  • The role entails monitoring reporting, communication with Vendor and internal Customers, resolving issues and implement process improvements.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are essential. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
