Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Work Location: Washington, DC (Remote or Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term

Rate: $30/hr W2

Description:

· The Logistics Coordinator will manage the storage and distribution processes of the organization's computers inventory

· Acquire the deliveries of computer equipment store and take inventory of the devices

· Once the computer devices are ready for distribution the Logistics Coordinator will perform a quality check and prepare the devices for deployment

· Review and monitor the shipments of devices and ensure they reach the customers quickly and safely when needed If there are any shipment or inventory issues the Logistics Coordinators are responsible for addressing and resolving them

· IMAC Install Move Add Change and RD Remove Dispose are usually activities

· Logistics Coordinator skills and qualifications

· Effective communication including writing speaking and interpersonal communication

· Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

· Excellent customer service and client relations skills

· Keep organization and time management skills

· Good collaboration and teamwork abilities

· Great leadership and goal setting skills

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment

· Advanced data analysis and data visualization

· Expert inventory management

· Ability to use computers software and other technology for inventory and communication purposes

· Understanding of the supply chain including common obstacles and effective solutions

· Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing system applications
