Job Description:As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing freight orders, booking carriers, and ensuring smooth and efficient transportation operations. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining our commitment to on-time delivery and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and book carriers for freight shipments, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
• Track and monitor shipments to resolve any issues proactively.
• Manage freight orders and update relevant systems with shipment details.
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to align schedules and meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all logistics activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, with a focus on booking carriers and managing freight orders.
• Strong knowledge of transportation and shipping processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
