Job Description:

Warehouse Coordinator provides consistent and timely support to the company, vendors and customers as it relates to all warehouse duties, as well as provide support to the production floor. An ideal candidate is someone with a solid warehouse work experience, strong

communication skills,good attendance, and a desire to grow their career with us! Must be able to communicate, verbal and electronically, interact well with others and input data into the computer using a keypad.Stays focused and follows instructions with the determination to meet deadlines.Work independently with an attention to detail and handle multiple priorities. Job Objective:

Regular hours will be Monday - Friday between 7am - 6pm. Shift is 8-hours daily with potential overtime requiring up to 12-hours Monday - Saturday.

Primary Duties:

* Comply with all company and safety policies and procedures

* Processes all inbound & outbound shipments including but not limited to sorting, logging and delivering material.

* Verifies packing slips from supplier with MCC purchase order; checks for correct quantity, information, and hidden damage.

* Unloads receivables from trucks to storage area.

* Maintain an accurate inventory of material.

* Processes all receiving transactions and paperwork.

* Inspects all incoming freight for damage; follows-up with purchasing to resolve any damaged freight issues.

* Operates forklift.

* Obtains material from stock.

* Distributes received items to appropriate department.

* Takes materials to presses as needed for job orders.

* Obtains unused material from presses.

* Reviews job ticket for shipping requirements and special instructions.

* Assures that job orders are properly packaged and boxed for shipping.

* Ensures that proper equipment, manuals, and accessories are shipped with correct order.

* Documents the amount shipped and calculates total amount packaged.

* Ensures materials are properly located and maintained.

* Participate in scheduling of daily transportation.

* Performs manufacturing related housekeeping.

* Perform inventory of all stored materials and finished products.

* Communicate with transportation companies as appropriate.

* Interacts with Accounts Payable and Purchasing on questionable invoices.

* Advises all essential personnel of returned goods.

* Communicates with appropriate Associates to verify information on job tickets prior to packaging/shipping job orders.

* Provides information to Supervisor regarding non-conformance or incorrect job tickets.

* Assists in responses to requests for tracing of missing shipments.

* Maintains skids, stores in appropriate location.

* Participation in department meetings, process improvement events, training, and safety program as scheduled

* Responsible for working overtime when needed and as assigned

* Regular and predictable attendance

Experience/Skills Required:

* High school education or equivalent required

* Warehouse experience strongly desired3

* Strong attention to detail

* Forklift experience is a must

* Ability to communicate and interact well with others (verbally and written form); seen as a team player

* Proven commitment to the business (Internal candidate must not be on discipline for attendance, performance, or attitude in past 6 months)

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 20 feet (frequently); ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and carry up to 10 feet (occasionally)

* Ability correctable to 20/20 (able to pass an eye test)

* Ability to differentiate colors (able to pass a color test)

* Ability to input data in the computer

* Self-motivated with the ability to stay focused and follow instructions with determination to meet deadlines

* Experience with and ability to utilize Microsoft Office Applications

* Ability to withstand routine and repetitive work

* Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hour shifts)

* Must be able to relate to, work with, and influence as needed, people at all levels of the organization

* Proven ability to work independently with attention to detail

* Assertive and solution-focused

* Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, team player

Physical Demands:

Works in a manufacturing environment and will be required to wear hearing, foot, and/or other personal protective equipment while performing duties in a manufacturing setting. May, on a continuous basis, stand for a long period of time and stoop and kneel frequently. Some walking and lifting and/or move up to 75 lbs. may be required. Vision: close vision, distance and color vision to distinguish color variations, peripheral and depth perception as well as the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually medium to loud. Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed. Must be able to work overtime as required by workload and customer mandated deadlines. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
