Our award-winning office products - seating, sit/stand desks, technology support, and lighting - have led the industry in performance and simplicity for over 40 years.OverviewResponsible for reviewing data integrity and completeness of the company's Customs and Compliance programs. Capture, record, and analyze various data related to import and export movement across the US, Canada and Mexico. Strive to assist the Regulatory department in preparing reports, graphical analysis, and other related duties assigned by the manager.Responsibilities Ensure Regulatory repository completeness and accuracy Track customs entries daily and proactively look for trends in data and report to the manager accordingly.Compile specific documentation for the purpose of drawback claimsCreate weekly reports on product movement through US border, Canadian border and Mexican borderAnalyze data structure for Mexico parts and create variance reports based on specific parametersCreate recurring reports on US, Canadian and Mexican customs & duties spendAnalyze and report warranty/replacements associated duty spendMonitor active and slow-moving parts data base for classification and origin accuracy, create reports as needed for mass data update through IT Prepare analysis and reports as assigned or requested. Adhere to format, content, and style guidelines, considering usability and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality.Prepare data for yearly reconciliation by collaborating with internal departments.Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve processes.Maintain department records/files as required.Distribute materials, reports, etc. to various interoffice departments. Duplicate and reproduce reports and materials for the department.Communicate needs and requests to other team members as appropriate.Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Associates Degree required1-3 years of experience required in an admin/support services role, with experience in data analysisSkilled in Excel and math to estimate numerical dataPrecision in reporting, attention to detail are cornerstone qualificationsExcellent verbal, written, and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with the ability to disseminate significant amounts of informationExercise initiative, achievement, and independent judgmentBilingual in English and Spanish is a plus COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
