Logistics Dispatcher job details:
- Schedule: Every other Saturday / Sunday-Tuesday, from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Pay: $22 per hour
Be responsible for managing relationships by analyzing incoming emails and determining prompt resolutions. Utilizes various dispatch and external scheduling systems to problem-solve for all business units. Maintains knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and software applications, as well as external customers' organizational structures and procedures. Identifies cost-effective solutions to meet company and customer needs while resolving issues that impact the delivery process. Implements creative solutions to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products, fostering positive relationships with customers. Qualified candidates will have 1-3 years of dispatching experience.
