- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, material handling, and warehouse management - Prior experience in Automotive industry (German or European OEM Suppliers) - Project Management experience- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with other teams on the floor - Knowledge in basic 2D Modeling software- Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management/Logistics- Experience working in a high-volume industrial manufacturing environment - Prior experience working with ERP Systems (SAP preferred) - Proficient in Microsoft Excel
