**Your Role**
The Logistics Finance Manager oversees the financial aspects of logistics and supply chain operations for the 4PL Program deployed for the assigned customer. This role involves supporting the customer by managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and implementing cost-saving initiatives to ensure financial efficiency and effectiveness. The position requires maintaining a strong customer presence and consistently fostering effective collaboration.
**Your Responsibilities**
+ Develop and manage budgets for customer's logistics operations.
+ Support the preparation of financial forecasts and reports to support decision-making.
+ Analyze financial performance and variances, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
+ Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within the logistics and supply chain processes.
+ Monitor and control logistics expenses to ensure they stay within budget.
+ Develop and implement financial metrics and KPIs to track cost efficiency.
+ Conduct financial risk assessments related to logistics operations.
+ Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
+ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
+ Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
+ Implement best practices for financial management within logistics operations.
+ Support strategy execution for logistics and warehousing.
+ Ensure invoicing transactions are accurately documented and billed.
+ Collaborate with customer to facilitate timely payments and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
**Your Skills and Experiences**
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
+ At least 5 years of proven experience in financial management, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency in financial software and tools.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
+ Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
+ Strong project management skills.
+ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
+ Willingness to travel and work flexible hours if required.
