Overview:
The dimensions for this position consists of various responsibilities, from basic inventory report generating to incorporating all fulfillment inventory into SAP for the ALC. All international imports & exports to and from BCA, ensuring accuracy for all goods receipted & goods issued merchandise. Some applications used are -- SAP, UPS/Ferrari Tracking System, Internet, PowerPoint and Excel.
Main responsibilities or accountabilities of the position
- Perform picking, packing, goods issue and Invoicing in SAP in order to fulfil both the retail and the wholesale account needs with accuracy and speed.
- Participate in quarterly inventory taking for both stock and consignment pieces.
- Maintaining and Organizing of the Jewelry and Watches in Vault and responsible for posting the goods receipt on all import merchandise in the ALC.
- Weekly product replenishment for stores along with invoicing for Wholesale (US & Canada).
- Manage Central Buy Back for Jewelry, Watches, and Accessories.
- Process and perform credit returns for Wholesale Clients with communications to account managers.
- Creating Purchase orders in Ivalua to pay vendor Invoices for both International and Domestic Billing.
- Facilitate all duty drawbacks with custom brokers.
- Support all inter-company transfers between U.S, Canada, and LATAM.
- Responsible to cross check import invoices with customs 7501 customs entry documents to ensure accuracy with the duty payment amounts and classifications in compliance with US customs.
- Responsible to keep records of all import documents and commercial invoices for 5 years in digital format.
- Responsible for posting the goods receipt on all ATA Carnet and consignment imports, transferring to stores and procuring the goods receipt for consignment sales. Provide accounting with copies of the good-receipted invoices.
- Support consignment orders in SAP to manage the stock transfers for wholesale, PR and marketing events.
- Provide and confirm quarterly reconciliation reports for all imported consignment pieces to the issuer BIERIE, Bulgari Horlogerie SA and Bulgari Gioielli S.p.A
- Responsible to re-export ATA Carnet and Proforma consignments prior to expiration date back to BIERIE, Bulgari Horlogerie SA and Bulgari Gioielli S.p.A
- Responsible in managing Carnet breeching for consignment sales working together with customs broker.
- Assist Shipping & Receiving staff on UPS/Ferrari Tracking system
- Aid in overseeing & coordinating activities at the off-site stock locations (Ferrari-JFK & Ferrari-GVA)
- Maintain a good and professional working relationship with internal and external parties.
